Eastwood Symphonic is a son’s tribute to his father—an icon of cinema, a visionary director, and a passionate musician. In this unique musical road movie, Kyle Eastwood and his quintet join forces with a symphony orchestra, under the baton of Gast Waltzing, to bring the legendary soundtracks of Clint Eastwood’s films to life with richness and emotion.
Eastwood Symphonic is where film and music meet—two art forms that stir the soul and ignite the imagination. It’s also the story of two artists, bound by family and a shared love for cinema and sound.
Who is your Clint Eastwood? The rugged, silent gunslinger of the Dollars Trilogy? The relentless detective Harry Callahan? The masterful filmmaker who has redefined the American hero across westerns, thrillers, war dramas, and political films? Or perhaps the jazz and country music devotee? At 91, Clint Eastwood has directed 39 films, including Cry Macho. Yet many may not realize he also composed the music for some of his own films, often with Kyle shaping and refining those scores. Kyle, an acclaimed jazz bassist and bandleader, first paid homage to these cinematic moments with his 2019 album Cinematic. Now, with Eastwood Symphonic, he takes it to the next level—blending creativity, emotion, and deep musicality to reimagine these unforgettable soundtracks. When asked about working with his father, Kyle responds without hesitation: "Clint and I have always had a beautiful working relationship." Now, he invites you to experience that bond through an unforgettable musical journey.

Kyle Eastwood – Biography
Since emerging on the international jazz scene in the mid-90s, Kyle Eastwood has forged his own path with elegance, independence, and deep musical intuition. His debut From There to Here (1998) embraced the golden age of jazz, while later albums like Paris Blue, Now, and Metropolitan blended classic and contemporary influences.
By 2011, he had refined his artistic vision, leading a dynamic quintet and returning to a melodic, swinging jazz rooted in improvisation. Albums like Songs from the Château, The View from Here, Timepieces, and In Transit reaffirmed his signature style—joyful, spontaneous, and steeped in the hard bop tradition.
A lifelong film lover, Kyle naturally turned to cinema soundtracks, reimagining iconic scores with his jazz quintet. His album Cinematic (2019) and Eastwood Symphonic pay tribute to legendary composers and his father’s legacy, offering a fresh jazz perspective on classics like Bullitt, Taxi Driver, Gran Torino, and The Pink Panther.
